Business Need: Documentation

    Although documentation needs are bound to reduce drastically with agile practices, certain documentation needs remain. An example is that of employees complaining about the difficulty of finding the reliable, to-the-point service descriptions, lessons learned, do’s and don’ts and the company directions. That’s documentation they need to do their job properly. If unsolved, this would mean a critical gap, preventing employees from becoming agile.

    Documentation Needs  

    • Quick access to the reliable and to-the-point documentation employees need to do their job.
    • Structures and solutions creating flexibility while keeping product and service quality at high levels.
    • Two documentation styles: One for ‘assembly-line’/automation type needs and one for the flexibility needs.
